One transported to hospital after 2-vehicle crash on I-75 SB

MIAMISBURG — One person was transported to an area hospital after a two-vehicle accident on I-75 southbound, near I-675 Saturday afternoon.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the accident, which happened just before 4:00 p.m. on Saturday just passed the Lyons Road overpass.

Eyewitnesses told News Center 7 that the driver of a Honda minivan was driving erratically prior to striking another vehicle, causing it to go into the median.

Crews on scene said driver of the Honda was transported to Kettering Health Miamisburg (formally Sycamore Medical Center) with non-life threatening injuries.

The crash is under investigation.
