One taken to hospital after house fire in Xenia

XENIA — One person has been taken to the hospital after a house fire broke out overnight in Xenia.

Crews were called to a fire on the 600 block of Saxony Drive around 1:20 a.m. according to Xenia Police dispatch.

Dispatch tells us one person was transported to an area hospital for their injuries. The extent of the victim’s injuries is unknown at this time.

Further details have not been made available yet but we will update this story once we learn.
