SPRINGFIELD — The physician-owned Ohio Valley Surgical Hospital in Springfield has announced it will partner with Dayton-based Premier Health and Columbus-based OhioHealth.
OVSH hopes the pact with the two health systems will help expand access to care while keeping care local in Springfield and Clark County, according to a release.

With the joint venture, 35 physicians will now share ownership of the multi-specialty hospital.
There are no plans to immediately adjust services at OVSH.
