CLAYTON — The City of Clayton has announced the development of three residential communities in the city.
The construction of the developments will begin this fall, with the hopes of them being open to occupants Spring of 2023.

The three communities are the following:
- Grand Villas of Clayton, a 120-unit attached single-family project located off of Hoke Road
- Hunter’s Path, a 125-unit detached single-family home community located on the northwest corner of Westbrook Road and Union Road
- Wegner Village, includes market-rate patio style and estate style detached single-family homes, this will complete the original Wegner Village off of Wegner Road that has sat dormant for almost 15 years
After the communities are completed, the city said they will realize a total capital investment of around $50 million.
