The father, Dominic Wenrick, 20, of Pleasant Hill, is accused of grabbing the baby from her playpen by her leg and tossing her onto the bed when she wouldn’t stop crying. He’s then accused of pulling on her leg while she was on the bed, according to the Miami County Sheriff’s Office.
