Mercy Health in Springfield whats to help people quit smoking

SPRINGFIELD — Mercy Health Services in Springfield want to help people kick their smoking habit.

The hospital is offering a free six-week course on how to stop smoking, according to a release.

Sessions will be on Mondays from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Mercy Health’s Facility on West McCreight Avenue.

The release added that the classes will help people develop a personalized quitting plan.

Classes will focus on triggers, overcoming barriers, and developing new skills.
