A man was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison on child rape convictions.
Travis Smith, 29, was convicted on three counts of rape of a child under 10 years old and one count of importuning of a child under 13 years old. Authorities said Smith knew the victim.
Upon release from prison, Smith will have to register as a Tier 3 sex offender. He must register every 90 days for the rest of his life upon his release.
