DAYTON — The Dayton Police Department (DPD) supported families affected by breast cancer with their newly designed police cruisers shown on their social media.

October is known as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, represented by pink.
DPD is driving around with pink ribbons laid across their cars while responding to calls in the city.

As shown in the social media post, the cruisers with the pink ribbon also have written “Proudly Supporting the Fight.”
