SPRINGFIELD — A person was flown to the hospital after a crash involving a train in Springfield on Saturday.

The crash happened on Dayton and Bechtle Avenues, according to a Springfield Police sergeant.

The sergeant confirmed with News Center 7 that a medical helicopter flew at least one person to a local hospital.
