DAYTON — A large police and SWAT presence was reported in a Dayton neighborhood Tuesday morning.

Around 9 a.m., Dayton officers responded to the 1500 block of West Second Street for a Temporary Protection Order (TPO) violation, according to a Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Sergeant.
SWAT was called to respond to the scene, according to the sergeant.
According to police, a woman called 911 after a man who she filed a protective order against was in her home.
Police said that the man had not yet been served the protective order.
While police were on scene, someone opened a garage door, and three dogs got out.
Police shot one of the dogs. Details on the dog’s condition were not immediately available.
News Center 7 crews on scene saw several police cruisers and SWAT vehicles lining the street.
