DAYTON — Several firefighters responded to a house fire in Dayton early Thursday.
The fire was reported around 1:08 a.m. at the 200 block of Hawker Street, according to a Montgomery Regional Dispatch Center sergeant.

The sergeant has confirmed to News Center 7 that medics are on scene but are not sure how serious the injuries are.
The cause of the fire is also unknown at this time, the sergeant said.
