Firefighters believe a Centerville house is a total loss after being damaged by fire late Friday night.
Washington Township firefighters were dispatched just after 11 p.m. to the 100 block of Lyons Drive on a reported house fire.
Firefighters said the blaze appeared to start on the back deck before spreading to the home. Damage to the house is severe and is believed to be a total loss, but the exact cause of the fire is still under investigation.
All occupants and animals were able to evacuate and no injuries were reported.

Crews have gone defensive in battling a house fire in the 100 block of Lyons Drive.
Crews were dispatched about 11:10 p.m.
We’re hearing that the single-family residence is fully engulfed in flames and that crews arrived to find fire in the back of the residence.
There are no reports of any injuries.
