The fatality has been identified as Mark Sizemore, 43, of Union Road in Dayton. His cause and manner of death are pending test results, according to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.

Moraine police Sgt. Jon Spencer said preliminary investigation indicates a 45-year-old man who died in this crash had just concluded dumping off a load of debris to the Montgomery County solid waste incinerator.
Spencer said it’s believed the man suffered a medical condition but got into his car and traveled south through a parking lot. He crashed into a fence on a trucking company’s property.
“Unfortunately his injuries were fatal,” Spencer said.

This crash has resulted in a fatality, according to Moraine police officials on scene. The driver crashed through a fence and down into a quarry. The crash happened in the area of the Montgomery County Solid Waste Transfer Facility.

Emergency crews have responded to a reported crash in the 1000 block of Encrete Lane this morning.
The crash was reported around 10:30 a.m.
