NEW: At least 1 wounded in Fairborn shooting; police investigation continues

UPDATE @ 1:26 a.m. (March 18): At least one person shot in Fairborn at or near the Wright Village Apartments was taken to a hospital.

His condition is not known.

INITIAL REPORT (March 17)

Police are investigating a reported shooting at or near the Wright Village Apartments, in the area of Ohio Street, in Fairborn.

Callers to News Center 7 report that crime scene tape has been put up around a building.

A police dispatcher declined to confirm or deny officers were investigating a reported shooting.

We have a crew on scene and we will update this developing report.
