Fairborn daycare closes for 2 weeks after positive coronavirus case

FAIRBORN — The Fairborn Preschool and Day Care at Fairborn United Methodist Church is closing for two weeks after a positive coronavirus case was reported.

The day care, 100 N. Broad St., notified parents by email of the positive case.

“We have decided to close the building for 14 days to allow for a thorough cleaning and sanitation of the building to be performed,” the email read. “All personnel that works in the church on a regular basis will also self quarantine for the required 14 days.”

As part of the announcement, the church is asking people to refrain from entering the building.
