PIQUA — Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine visited a COVID-19 vaccination site in Piqua this morning.
DeWine stopped by the Mote Park vaccination site on Gordon Street at 11:00 a.m.
His visit comes after the announcement that all Ohioans age 16 and older are now eligible to get vaccines if a health department has been unable to fill its appointments for vaccinations.
“We are really in a race at this point,” DeWine said. “The quicker you get it, the quicker we’re going to get out of this.”
