Rain, thunderstorms moving through the Miami Valley

Rain and thunderstorms are moving through the Miami Valley right now. A few of these thunderstorms have prompted severe thunderstorm warnings.

Tonight: Scattered light rain showers expected to continue tonight. Lows will be in the falling into the upper 40s. Scattered rain showers and clouds will begin to taper off towards sunrise, according to Meteorologist Molly Coates.

Sunday: Sunny skies early, then gradually becoming a mix of sun and clouds. A slight chance to see a shower or two in the late afternoon hours. As of right now, mainly north. Mild and breezy as temperatures will be reaching the upper 50s. Winds will be coming from the southwest, and gusting as high as 36 mph.

Monday: Mostly cloudy and breezy with temperatures dropping throughout the day. There is a small chance for a few light showers with highs in the lower 40s.

Tuesday: Cloudy, blustery and cold with a the chance of a few passing flurries. Highs in the middle 30s.

Wednesday: Another cold and blustery day with highs in the lower 30s.

Thursday: Cold with highs only reaching the upper 30s. Mostly cloudy with the chance for rain and snow showers.
