Dayton police asking for help identifying armed robbery suspect

DAYTON — The Dayton Police Department is reaching out to the public for help identifying a suspect in an armed robbery.

The armed robbery took place at a laundromat in the South Park and Miami Valley Hospital area on February 24th at 3:30 p.m., according to the police department.

Police say the suspect robbed the clerk at gunpoint and then fled on foot. He is described as a male, 5′8-5′11, with a medium build.

Anyone who recognizes him or knows anything about this crime is asked to call Dayton police at 937-333-COPS.

The police department says you could receive a cash reward for information leading to an arrest.
