JEFFERSON TWP. — A Dayton man has been indicted in connected to the fatal shooting in April at the K-9 Club in Jefferson Twp., according to court records.

Alphonso Hughes Jr., 23, was indicted on charges of murder, felonious assault, and having weapons under disability, court records indicate.
Hughes is accused of shooting Bobby Avery, 67, of Dayton at the bar on Germantown Pike April 9.
