On July 15, the 21-year-old victim went to a concert at Oddbody’s, according to the release. The victim was reportedly going to get an Uber home, but Darrion offered to give her a ride.

Instead, Oliver drove the victim to a Gondert Avenue residence and sexually assaulted her, read the release.

The victim reportedly was able to get a ride home from someone else and then called 911.
