RIVERSIDE — A 9-year-old girl is in serious condition after she was hit by a vehicle backing out of a driveway on Mayville Drive, according to a crash report and 911 call.
The crash happened in the 5900 block of Mayville Drive around 3:15 p.m.

“A girl’s been run over. She’s in my driveway,” the driver said when calling 911 after the crash. “She’s laying on the driveway. She’s bleeding real bad. Hurry up.”
Willow Bradford, 9, was riding her bicycle when she was hit by the van as it backed out of the driveway, according to a Riverside crash report.
Jeanette Drive and Mayville Drive was blocked off by police tape for hours as crews investigated.
The crash is still under investigation at this time and no charges are currently listed as being filed, according to police.
