Rashaan Davis has been charged with prohibited violations, according to the Cincinnati police department.

Davis reportedly posted a 10 minute video to YouTube showing him and others defying the stay-at-home order.

Court records say he proceeded to encourage others to do the same during the video.

At the time of the arrest, the YouTube video had over 55 thousand views.

Cincinnati police are asking for a high bond or even no bond for Davis until he can personally appear before a judge because of the complete disregard for public safety.

“Social distancing is vital,” said Cincinnati police in a Facebook post.
