Hand sanitizer, toilet paper stolen during break-in at Xenia chiropractor's office

XENIA — Thieves stole hand sanitizer, toilet paper and other items from a chiropractor’s office in Xenia sometime between Friday night and Saturday morning, according to police.

An employee of Dr. Robert D. Boike's chiropractor office on Bellbrook Avenue called officers after finding the door unlocked and items inside the office tossed around.

Police said they discovered paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, hand sanitizer and loose change missing.

"Very odd that someone would break into a chiropractor's office to steal paper products. hand soap and sanitizer," Xenia police Sgt. Scott Beegle said. "Very out of the normal for us. Very unusual for us."
Police have made no arrests and are warning other businesses to take a look at their supplies and rethink how they store them.
