An initial investigation found that a Kia driven by Mary Huelsman, 57, of Bellbrook, was traveling southbound on SR-48 and hit a Chevrolet, driven by Barch, who was heading eastbound on Lytle Five Points Road.

The two cars went off the right side of the road and hit a wooden utility pole, according to OSP.

Huelsman was taken to Kettering Health with non-life-threatening injuries.

Barch and Seipel were pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation at this time.
