CLARK COUNTY — A car was stuck in one of the last places you want to end up.

Troopers from the Springfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to initial reports of a car stuck in wet concrete in Clark County, the Ohio State Highway Patrol posted on social media.
This was at the intersection of State Route 41 and Interstate 70 near Springfield.
The car drove onto a closed entrance ramp into a work zone with wet concrete, according to state troopers.
There have been over 26,000 crashes in work zones on Ohio roadways since 2018, OHSP said.
