Reynolds is charged with one count of felony bribery and two felony counts of unlawful interest in a public contract. He also is facing misdemeanor charges of unlawful use of authority and conflict of interest.

The charges stem from activities prosecutors said happened between August 2015 and October 2021.

The allegations involved property owned by his father Randall Reynolds, the Butler County Sheriff’s Office previously said.
