Bill’s Donut Shop reopens after temporary closure

CENTERVILLE — A southern Montgomery County staple opened Sunday after being forced to temporarily close their doors.

Lisa Tucker, owner of Bill’s Donut Shop, told News Center 7′s James Brown that on Sunday, a busted sewer line caused her shop to stop making donuts.

Tucker thought the problem would have been fixed sooner, but the more crews dug, they discovered that the sewer line needed replaced out to the street.

In a Facebook post, Bill’s said they will reopen at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 21.

The work is complete enough that we can open. We will open at 3:00 pm tomorrow. Thanks for all the kind words and encouragement. See you all then.
