Barstool Sports’ Dave Portnoy reviews Marion’s Piazza; Here’s what he thought

DAYTON — Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy visited a popular Dayton-area restaurant this week for a pizza review.

Portnoy, also known for his One Bite Pizza Review series, stopped by Marion’s Piazza at 711 Shroyer Road.

On Tuesday, he released a video on social media of him trying out the pizza.

“This is Midwest pizza,” he said. “Thin, crispy— which I’m starting to grow to appreciate if you do it right.”

“Not bad,” he said as he finished a piece.

Marion’s Piazza received an overall score of 7.4/10.
