Free pet adoptions at ARC’s ‘Spring Fling’ event today

All pet adoptions are free today during the Montgomery County Animal Resource Center’s “Spring Fling” event.

The adoption special is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the center, 6790 Webster St. in Dayton.

“We get a great response from the community at our adoption specials,” said Robert Guhl, ARC interim director. “As with any of our events, we hope to get all our adoptable pets into permanent homes on Saturday.”

Community sponsors are covering the adoption fees, which will include spay/neuter, initial vaccinations, first-year license, heartworm testing, microchip and rabies vaccines.
