Annual 5k walk and run for children set for today in Beavercreek

BEAVERCREEK — The Family Violence Prevention Center is hosting an annual 5K run and walk for Child Abuse Prevention.

The event starts at 9 a.m. today at Beavercreek High School.

This year’s theme is Superhero C.A.P.E. which stands for “Child Abuse Prevention and Elimination.”

The center has listed a few COVID-19 safety precautions for the event.
