4 Clark County non-profits receive federal funding to help them serve people during the pandemic

CLARK COUNTY — Four non-profit organizations in Clark County are receiving federal funding to help them better serve people during the pandemic.

More than $700 thousand dollars will be dispersed among the organizations.

The organizations getting the funding are the Rocking Horse Public Health Center, Second Harvest Food Bank, Citi-Lookout Trauma Recovery Center, and Safe Harbor House.

The money can be used to improve programs that offer testing, immunization, food delivery, and other services.

The funding is coming from the Cares Act, passed last year.
