MIAMI TOWNSHIP — A 3-year-old girl was severely injured following a crash in Miami Township Sunday morning.

Miami Township police were dispatched to Spring Falls Drive on reports of a car hitting a child, a spokesperson for the department stated.
When officers arrived, they found a 3-year-old girl injured from the pedestrian strike, prompting medics to respond, the spokesperson said. She was subsequently taken to Dayton Children’s Hospital with “serious injuries.”
It is unknown if anyone was arrested or placed in custody following the crash.
