Lancaster Fire Chief Slade Schultz told WBNS that nearly a dozen fire departments were called to help put out the fire.

The victims have not been identified at this time, but a report from Lancaster Police revealed the victims were a 9-month-old boy and his parents, a 26-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man.

The report obtained by WBNS also stated that the couple’s 5-year-old daughter escaped the fire after her father held her out of a third-story window.

After the 5-year-old was lowered down, the man reportedly went back inside to get the infant but did not return to the window, according to the report.

Two people were treated for possible injuries at the scene.

The house is considered a total loss from the fire.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
