3 hospitalized from 3-vehicle crash in Dayton

DAYTON — Three people were hospitalized following a three-vehicle crash in Dayton late Friday night.

Dayton Police, Fire, and EMS responded to the intersection of West Hillcrest Avenue and Alpine Way at around 11:10 p.m. on reports of a crash with injuries, Montgomery County Regional Dispatch told News Center 7.

Three vehicles crashed near the intersection and injured three people, dispatchers said.

Three medics were dispatched to the scene to treat the injured, dispatchers informed. All three medics transported their patients to Miami Valley Hospital. It is currently unknown what type of injuries they suffered.

Dayton Police led the investigation into the crash. The cause of the crash was not immediately available during the time of questioning.
