CLARK COUNTY — Two people were taken to the hospital after separate shootings in Clark County late Friday night.
Law enforcement responded to a shooting on Leffel Lane and Limestone Street in Springfield around 10:00 p.m.
While investigating, crews found one victim with a gunshot wound to the abdomen and leg on Interstate 70 according to crews on scene.
Once police arrived at the scene on Leffel Lane they found another victim with a gunshot wound to the head.
Both were first taken to Springfield Regional Hospital where they were then transferred to Miami Valley Hospital via CareFlight.
Both shooting victims were stabilized at Springfield Regional but their current condition is unknown.
At this time it’s unconfirmed if the two shootings are related.
