HARTFORD, Conn. — A 12-year-old boy was shot after hitting a car with a snowball.

Police said that the 12-year-old boy was throwing snowballs with an 11-year-old when one of the snowballs hit a car, FOX61 reported.
The car then looped around the block and chased the kids.

The suspect in the car then fired rounds at the children, injuring only the 12-year-old, Fox61 said.
The boy’s injuries were described as non-life-threatening by police, according to NBC Connecticut.
Police are looking for the suspect.
