Huber Heights Police Sergeant Josh Fosnight said the ramp was “completely covered in ice” and that the vehicle involved lost control and overturned.
A man and a woman were in the vehicle at the time of the crash. They were both transported to Miami Valley Hospital with minor injuries.
Less than two hours later, another crash was reported in the same location. Fosnight said no injuries have been reported from that crash at this time.
The Ohio Department of Transportation was requested to treat the road for the icy conditions, Fosnight confirmed.
“We are encouraging everyone taking that exit to use extreme caution and slow way down or find an alternate route for their commute this morning,” Fosnight said.
