Both vehicles sustained severe damage.

Both drivers were mechanically extricated for their vehicles.

Begley was pronounced dead on scene.

Wenning was transported by Life Flight to St. Rita’s Medical Center to be treated for significant injuries.

OSHP said both drivers were wearing seatbelts.
