Ohio Governor Mike DeWine appeared on CNN Sunday, and expressed a need for the White House to begin transitioning to projected president-elect Joe Biden.
“It’s clear, based on what we know now, that Joe Biden is the president-elect,” DeWine said, when asked for his thoughts based on a public health perspective. “And that transition, for the country’s sake, it’s important that it start.”
The governor also acknowledged President Trump’s right to bring any evidence of voter fraud to court, and said he remains a supporter of his. Conversation around a shift in administration begins around the 5:00 mark in the full CNN interview above.
