“The community’s long-standing support of our players and coaches over decades is the hallmark of our program,” University of Dayton Vice President and Director of Athletics, Neil Sullivan, said.

All single game-tickets in the upper and lower arena, as well as premium seating areas for all of this year’s men’s basketball season have been sold, including the exhibition game against Capital on Oct. 29., Hauschild said.

Last year the Flyers set a school record in average attendance and ranked 19th nationally with 13,407 fans a game, Hauschild said.

“As college sports experiences a period of generational and fundamental change, we are more thankful for our fans extraordinary support and partnership than ever,” Sullivan said.

Dayton is the favorite in the Atlantic 10 poll of A-10 coaches and selected media, and ranked 24th in the Associated Press Preseason Men’s Basketball rankings, Hauschild said in the release.
