Flood Warning, Flash Flood Watch remain for some; Showers through today and warmer weekend ahead

DETAILED FORECAST:

OVERNIGHT: Clouds linger through the night with more showers returning by morning, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said. Overnight lows will be around 50 degrees.

THURSDAY: We will see more rain showers move through during the day, especially in the morning. It will become cloudy and breezy again. Showers will taper and the weather should begin to dry out through the day. Highs will be in the middle 60s.

FRIDAY: It will be a drier day and warmer with highs in the lower 70s. There will be sunshine and scattered clouds most of the day with a few showers or a storm could develop towards the evening. However, activity will be very isolated.

SATURDAY: We’ll see a warm start to the weekend with more sunshine for the day with highs reaching near 80 degrees. There will be a chance for a pop up shower as as we heat up but there will be a lot of dry hours.

SUNDAY: It will be another very mild and dry day and it will even be a little muggy. Highs will be in the middle 80s. A few pop-up downpours or storms could develop by late afternoon, but there will be more dry hours to enjoy.

MEMORIAL DAY: Expect a warm and muggy day again with highs in the middle 80s. There will be some afternoon showers and storms are expected to develop a bit more compared to Sunday.
