Storms come to an end and there will be some breaks in the clouds overnight, which will stay mild and muggy with lows in the lower 70s, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy, mild and muggy conditions are expected again with highs in the middle 80s. A cold front approaching the area will bring the chance for more showers or storms. There is a low risk for severe weather, but one or two storms could produce heavy rain and strong winds. Rain comes to an end and it will dry out Thursday night. Lows falling back into the upper 60s.
Friday: It will be partly sunny and slightly cooler with highs in the lower 80s. Most of the area should remain dry, but there’s a slight chance for a few showers or storms, though a severe threat is not expected.
Saturday: Sun and some afternoon clouds is expected with less humid and cooler conditions than normal expected. Highs will be in the lower 80s.
Sunday: Mostly sunny and warmer conditions are in store with highs pushing into the upper 80s.
