CLARK COUNTY — Ohio State Highway Patrol released the cruiser cam footage of the pursuit involving the Maryland murder suspect on I-70 Sunday.
Troopers told News Center 7′s John Bedell that suspect, 17-year-old Stephen Jarrod Davis, took off from police going 120 mph.
They said on Sunday, they received an alert to look out for the vehicle he had stolen and spotted him on I-70 westbound at the Clark-Madison County line. The troopers then followed him until US-68 when they tried to pull him over.

Davis then took off before he decided to pull over and surrender five miles later near the I-675 interchange.
The Clark County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed to News Center 7 that Davis has waived extradition and will be picked up and taken back to Anne Arundel County, Md. Thursday.
He’s facing a first-degree murder charge there in connection with the death of his younger, half-sister.
