Police: Kettering convenience store robbed twice in two days; officers looking to ID suspects

KETTERING — Kettering police are asking for the public’s help to identified a person who they said robbed a convenience store early Saturday morning.

Investigators said the Circle K on West Dorothy Lane was robbed around 3:30 a.m. Saturday. The suspect was wearing a red long sleeved shirt, red shorts, hat, mask, and gloves, according to a picture posted by Kettering police on social media.

Police did not say if a weapon was used in Saturday’s robbery.

This was the second time in two days the convenience store was robbed. On Friday, police said a man wearing a Wonder Woman face mask robbed the store at gunpoint, and made off with cash from the store.

It is unknown if police believe the robberies are connected.
