Woman accused of promoting prostitution after Smile Spa raid in Piqua

A judge set a cash-only bond of $100,000 on Wednesday for the owner of a massage parlor accused of promoting prostitution.

Zhenyun Xu, 44, of Piqua, entered a not guilty plea during her arraignment in Miami County Municipal Court.

She was arrested Tuesday following a raid at Smile Spa, 100 N. Sunset Drive in Piqua.

Court documents allege the business owner and employees are engaged in sexual activity.
