Teen porch pirates steal packages — of cat food

DAYTON — Three juveniles stole two packages Wednesday afternoon from a woman’s front porch.

The porch pirates likely were not expecting it, but the packages stolen from the 900 block of Angier Drive in Dayton contained not electronics or other high-value items, but three weeks worth of cat food, valued at about $50, according to a Dayton police report.
