Police in Kettering are asking for the public’s help in identifying the gunman who robbed the Kettering Speedway in the 3200 block of Wilmington Pike on Monday night.
Beavercreek police also responded to a reported robbery at Jets Pizza on Indian Ripple Road Monday night around 6:40 p.m., according to dispatch records.
Kettering police believe the two robberies may be connected.

FIRST REPORT (Dec. 7)
Police are searching for the gunman who robbed the Kettering Speedway in the 3200 block of Wilmington Pike.
Kettering officers were dispatched about 8:30 p.m. on the report. The preliminary investigation has prompted them to look for a thin male, believed to be 5 feet 10 to 5 feet 11, who was wearing a black ski mask.
Police are also operating on a description that the robber was wearing denim jeans and a green jacket.
There are no reports that anyone has been injured or that shots were fired.
