A Dayton man was found not guilty of murder and felonious assault in the case involving the beating death of Ryan Adams in 2014.
Darryl Ferguson, 18, of Dayton, was found not guilty of the murder and felonious assault charges against him, however he was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter and aggravated assault in the case.
Ferguson and two other defendents were involved in the case.
