No bond for man charged in Woodman Drive homicide in Dayton

UPDATE @ 8 p.m. (Aug. 26):

A 31-year-old man is being held without bond on suspicion of murder in the death of a 44-year-old Dayton man last week.

Jeremiah Keith, of Dayton, was arrested Thursday in connection to the Aug. 20 fatal shooting of Toby Thomas in the 1600 block of Woodman Drive in Dayton.

He is charged with four counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault, two counts of aggravated robbery and two weapons charges, according to prosecutors.

Keith is scheduled to appear Friday for a preliminary hearing in Dayton Municipal Court, jail records show.

FIRST REPORT

A Dayton man was arrested Thursday in connection to a homicide in Dayton.

Jeremiah Keith, 31, was booked into the Montgomery County jail on suspicion of murder following his arrest by Dayton police.
