Eaton man charged with drug trafficking accused of selling meth to undercover officer

An Eaton man charged with trafficking in drugs is accused of selling methamphetamine to an undercover officer.

Ace Gulley, 41 sold two grams of suspected meth to an undercover officer, who took him into custody, according to the Preble County Sheriff’s Office.

Gulley was formally charged in Eaton Municipal Court with one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs. He remains in the Preble County Jail while he waits for his initial appearance.

Deputies and officers with the Eaton Police Division worked jointly in this investigation.
